Our terms are being reviewed by a lawyer in October and will be published here before booking opens. What is already fixed: we sell guiding and service, not accommodation and not transfers. A long weekend is paid with a €350 deposit and the balance 60 days before arrival; individual weeks and pro weeks in full. A camp weekend from April to August runs with at least four riders. We count ten weeks before the start, and the balance is invoiced only for a confirmed weekend. If there are fewer than four bookings we contact you personally and you choose: move to a confirmed weekend at the same price and with something from us by way of compensation, or let your weekend go ahead as booked, or a full refund including the deposit and at no cost. The Ascension camp weekend and the last in September always go ahead, whatever the number of bookings. Spare wheels are lent for the ride and returned; parts from the shop are sold against payment. A crash, a major mechanical or an accident takes priority for the service car; a missed pass is picked up at the end of the ride or through the guide. At booking you sign three documents electronically: these terms, the rules and the own-risk and insurance declaration. The image consent is separate and optional.
