Booking opens late November or early December 2026, as soon as the company and payments are in place. Until then: the waitlist — which books 48 hours before everyone else.

The 2027 calendar

Ten weekends in 2027, each Thursday to Sunday: two in April over the Easter holidays, two in May over Ascension and Whitsun, one in June, two in July, two in August and one in September. Every weekend is open to recreational and gran fondo riders alike — you choose whether you ride in the group or do your own day.

Your place is confirmed the moment your deposit is paid

For the camp weekends from April to August one condition applies: a weekend runs with at least {min} riders. If we are below that number {weeks} weeks before the start, Bart calls you himself and you choose. Another camp weekend that is already confirmed, at the same price and with something on us — the camp jersey, or a free bike check in the workshop if you live nearby. Or we run your weekend anyway, with the car and the mechanic to yourselves. Or you get everything back, deposit included, at no cost. We only ask for the € {balance} balance once your weekend is confirmed. The Ascension camp weekend and the last in September run whatever the number of riders.

How you pay

—Long weekend: €350 deposit at booking, the balance automatically 60 days before arrival, once your weekend is confirmed.
—Individual and pro week: in one go at booking.
—Paying in one go is always allowed — same price.
—All prices are what you pay, including VAT (moms). Three dinners and daily fika at Filmbyn are included; bed and breakfast you book yourself.

What you sign electronically

—The terms and conditions — payment, cancellation, the four-rider rule.
—The rules for Sweden: traffic rules, allemansrätten, conduct in the group, your own bike in ride-ready condition.
—The own-risk and insurance declaration: your own travel and accident insurance is mandatory (policy numbers at booking); BVR Gravel is not liable for accidents or illness.
—Separate and optional, with two tick boxes: may we share photos and clips in your week's group, and/or use them on the site and social media? Revocable at any time.

The texts are being legally reviewed in October and will be published here before booking opens. At booking you also tell us the make, model and year of your bike, and your shake flavour.
