We keep what you enter yourself on the waitlist, in the contact form or at booking (name, email, bike details, flavour choice, and voluntarily an allergy for the shakes), plus a referral code if you came via a partner link. We use it for nothing other than informing you about BVR Gravel, answering your request and organising your week. Photos and clips of the rides are shared only with your separate, optional and revocable consent — two separate tick boxes: in your week's group (WhatsApp, a Meta service, where data is processed outside the EU) and/or on this site and social media. The full privacy statement, including retention periods and your rights, will be published here before booking opens.
