Coming with a group of friends?
Send us an email first. With a group we can tailor the price and the weekend to you — sometimes even a weekend just for your group.
Email us for a group proposal →Guided rides, service vehicle support, technical help, ride food and drinks, recovery shakes, bike cleaning and checks, fika and three dinners including the closing evening. You choose and book your own accommodation.
Register your interest for a gravel camp, your club or your team. This is not a booking. We discuss the options and your expectations before you decide.
Two people with clear roles: Bart rides with you as your guide and mechanic. Els supports you from the service vehicle at agreed points along the route.

Your clothing bag, food and drinks travel with us. At the agreed service stops, refuel, add a layer and take a moment to catch your breath.
The service vehicle carries repair parts for sale. Replacement parts are charged separately, so you know what is part of the support and what costs extra.
We carry spare wheels for both systems. Compatibility also depends on your cassette, axle and brake rotor. Include your bike specification in your enquiry so we can discuss it beforehand.
Hand in your bag in the morning. If it gets cold or starts to rain, you change into something fresh or warmer on the road.
Gels, bars and more. You take what you need, at every pass.
Sports drink, soft drinks, coffee and tea. When it is really cold and the weather is bad, there is hot soup.

After the ride, we clean and check your bike. We discuss any necessary repairs and chargeable replacement parts with you.
Els has 25 years of experience as a care worker and can always give first aid. The first-aid kit rides along in the car.
With a mechanical problem, we first assess what is safe and technically possible. The service vehicle supports agreed stops and cannot be everywhere at once. An accident or urgent incident takes priority.
Every route has two segments, both uphill. Not compulsory — ride them flat out if you like. On the closing night we announce the winner of the weekend.
The closing evening is one of the three included dinners: a lakeside barbecue in good weather, or pizza and drinks if it rains. We also announce the winner of the optional Strava segments.
Småland is not flat. Our routes go up and down all day, with short, punchy climbs of 6 to 16 percent. No long cols, but hill after hill — four days in a row. Make sure you arrive well trained: then you'll enjoy every kilometre instead of counting them.
Short, steep stretches of 6 to 16 percent follow one another, on gravel too. You don't need to be a climber, but your legs need to be used to kicking again and again.
Almost anyone can do one long ride. Four days back to back takes a solid base. If you ride regularly — several days in a row — in the weeks before, you'll get the most out of the weekend.
At every stop at the service car you choose again: the full loop, a shorter route back to Spilhammars, or a ride back in the service car. Out on the road, Bart shows you where you can cut it short. Nobody gets left behind and nobody has to prove anything.
Not sure your level fits? Send us a message about what you ride now. We'll tell you honestly whether this weekend suits you.
Expect a different cycling holiday from a stay with cafés and amenities around the corner in Calpe, Mallorca or Girona. Our focus is gravel riding in rural Småland: peace, space and nature.
Your accommodation, our meeting point, shops and restaurants can be some distance apart. Plan to use your own car or a hire car outside the rides. The service vehicle supports the rides; transfers are not included.
All routes start and finish in the car park at Spilhammars Camping in Mariannelund. This is our fixed meeting, start and finish point. We brief the group here before departure and arrange the agreed support after the ride.
Book directly with a campsite, cabin, guesthouse or hotel. Check the distance to our meeting point beforehand. Three dinners including the closing evening, and fika, are part of the camp; arrange accommodation, breakfast and travel yourself.
Arrive Thursday morning, ride at three, barbecue by the lake on Sunday night, home on Monday morning. This is what happens every day.
